I’ve been eyeing a phone case from Native Union for awhile now and finally decided to buy one. My old phone case was very far past its prime (I swear it used to be a light tan color 😅), so it was about time to get a new one.

Native Union makes modern tech accessories that are built to last. Because I try to buy from sustainable companies, this “built to last” principle really appealed to me (not to mention the minimalistic aesthetic). My goal on this site is to give you ideas and feature companies that prove that sustainability and style can coexist. Native Union is a company that illustrates a balance between these values. They employ sustainable practices without compromising on the design of their products.

It was difficult to choose between the CLIC wooden and CLIC marble, but the additional sustainable component and lower price of the wooden case won me over. The wood incorporated in each case is cut from sustainable solid cherry or walnut timber and sanded by hand. As a result, each case has its own distinctive coloring and individual grain which adds to the novelty of the product. The company’s packaging is also 100% recyclable!
